    Betsy,

There is only one website that we are aware of that needs the Key Code.  You need to Key Code to purchase the designs.  The other designs usually come as a zipped file and you will need to open then and put them on a USB stick to take to the Pro-Stitcher.

If you need further assistance please call our Education department at 1-877-697-8458, M-F, 8-5 MDT.  We would love to help you.

I wish you would write out the steps to do this in a tutorial.  I have several downloaded designs from a very popular provider.  I isolated the .HQF file and copied it to the USB stick.  I inserted the stick t into the tablet, navigated to the USB drive, located the desired file and a big fat nothing happens when I click on the .HQF file.  I do get a Motor error message on the screen.

Do I have to move it to the tablet before it will execute?

I would like to request the same: provide the steps for transferring an .hqf file from a USB to the tablet.

    bobbip2006,

I tried what you described and transferred the .hqf file from the USB to the desktop of the tablet. I even managed to make a folder for it in Pro Stitcher Premium, but when I navigate to it in PS, it shows nothing.

One more note: I noticed that all of the files in PS Premium have an .hqv file extension, so perhaps the .hqf doesn't work?

Following up:  I found a video tutorial for doing this at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ux6n6-PRbXw

I'm going to try these steps. I hope this helps you too!

    Bobbip2006,

I went through the steps with Pro Stitcher Premium to "import" a design I purchased from Wasatch Quilting. I followed the steps seen in the YouTube video I linked before. At first I couldn't get the tablet to recognize that I wanted to look in the D drive for a design file. But as I got close to giving up for the day, I refreshed Pro Stitcher's Design library, scrolled down on the left and found the D drive. I haven't quilted it out yet because I needed to call it a day and come home to make supper and watch my Dallas Cowboys play the Philadelphia Eagles.

I hope this information is helpful to you!
